Product introduction
BIB aseptic installation consists of aseptic filling system, flow
metering system, temperature regulation system, man-machine
interface and PLC control system. At room temperature, the
sterilized product is automatically opened, filled, and capped by a
robot in a self-contained sterile room that is isolated from the
outside world. Therefore, there is no pollution and the purpose of
aseptic filling is achieved.
Scope of application
Suitable for filling viscous or non-viscous fluids such as fruit
juice, concentrated juice, jam, fruit granules (fruit granules),
aseptic filling, beverage puree, syrup, dairy products,
pharmaceutical or other concentrated products. Filling and filling
