Product introduction

The aseptic bag filling machine adopts the Italian technique and is assembled by the aseptic filling system, flow measurement system, roller conveying system, PLC controlling system and operating platform etc. The filling bag is the aluminum-plastics aseptic bas(1-1000L). We do the sterilization for the opening and filling room by steam spaying to ensure the filling room is aseptic all the time, so it is able to do the opening, filling and sealing work under the aseptic condition.

The aseptic bag filling machine applies to fill the vegetable juice, jam and other concentrated products, dairy and other ropy product with the volume of 1-1000L.

1. flow-measurement: It uses the Cologne flowmeter to record the flow and the filling tolerance is smaller than 0.5%.
2. The dimension of the electric controller: 800*500*800MM.
3. Material conveying and signal transformation automatically.
4. We use the branded components of Siemens, Omron, Schneider etc for the main controlling parts.
5. We could design the multi filling head machine according to the customer’s requirements to meet the need of big capacity as well.
