Product introduction:
Aseptic filling machines are widely used for aseptic packaging of
fluid foods such as juices, pulps and jams. At room temperature,
the product can be stored for more than one year, eliminating the
cost and risk of cryogenic refrigerated transport.
The aseptic filling machine is directly connected to the
sterilizer, and the UHT-sterilized product can be directly filled
into a sterile bag. The aseptic bag is an aluminum-plastic
composite multi-layer bag that effectively isolates sunlight and
oxygen; maximizing product quality.
Equipment summary:
1. The temperature adjustment system automatically adjusts the
temperature of the filling chamber, and uses the steam injection
method to sterilize the bag mouth and the filling chamber.
