- The motor of Chenfei’s processing machine is basically ABB, Siemens
and Jiangsu Dazhong.
- Stainless steel is from Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co.,
Ltd. (joint venture)
- The water pump is from Nanfang and the centrifugal pump is from
Yuanan.
- Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Siemens PLC touch
screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider,
intermediate relays are Honeywell.
The 304 pipes we use for the pipeline is from Yuan'an, the cables
are all good cables;

Process:
Raw material selection → washing→ peeling → acid and alkali
treatment → crushing→ juice extracting → filtering → homogenization
→ deoxidation → sterilization→ canning → cooling → finished
product.
Selection of raw materials
Select fully mature, fresh, good flavor, juice rich, no pests and
diseases of fresh fruit, maturity after maturity.
Ii. Raw material pretreatment
1. Cleaning. After the raw materials are selected, wash with clean
water to remove the hair, rinse with solution or detergent
solution, remove pesticide residue, rinse in clean water, and
drain.
2. Soak color protection. Cut half the core of the raw material
into 0. 1%. Soak the color guard in a mixture of ascorbic acid and
citric acid.
3, heat beating: fruit under 90 ℃ to 95 ℃, the heat for 3 to 5
minutes, softening, through aperture 0. A 5 mm beater pulps to
remove the skins.
4. Flavor adjustment: the fruit pulp after previous treatment shall
be adjusted to increase flavor. Adjust when adding sugar, citric
acid and l-ascorbic acid
5. Homogenous degassing: homogenization is to evenly disperse the
fruit pulp particles suspended by the juice into smaller particles,
so as to increase the stability of the fruit juice and prevent
stratification.

1.* Equipment installation and commissioning
According to different production equipment, experienced
professional technicians and engineers are responsible for
installation and commissioning, complete their work on schedule
according to the contract requirements, and pass the acceptance and
enter normal production.
2.*After-sales service archive
After the installation and commissioning of the production
equipment purchased by the customer, all relevant information will
enter the special file service management system. The operation
status will be promptly received by our company, with prompt and
timely service and regular return visit procedures.
