The entire line is designed for the Prickly Pear Juice according to international quality standards.

1.Cleaning and picking: use part of the fruit that does not meet the requirements to transport to the designated location through the middle, reducing labor;
2.Crushing: Refining apple/pear granules by hammer breaking, the crushing process is protected by nitrogen;
3.Juice extraction: Juice is extracted by a special process-adjusted juicer to increase the juice yield;
4.Sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, under the condition of retaining the color and taste of juice, through sterilization;

5.Aseptic filling: preservation in sterile large bags to improve the shelf life of the juice.
